About Me
Hello! I'm Peyton Griffin, a Braze expert and consultant with over 5 years of experience. During my 4.5 years at Braze, I supported customers globally in Technical Support before moving into a Premium Support role, where I worked directly with McDonald's on their worldwide Braze strategy. I later advanced into a Team Lead position, guiding the Premium Support team through complex challenges for Braze's largest global customers.
For the past year, I've been working as a Braze Consultant and a founding member of For Now Marketing, where I help companies bring their customer lifecycle strategies to life. Alongside my agency work, I also take on a limited number of side consulting projects for teams who need extra Braze expertise.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym, catching up on sports, talking cars, or planning my next adventure as a self-proclaimed wannabe world traveler.
